Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Engineering Department Coordinator in Anderson, SC to support a technically driven team. The role focuses on keeping schedules, data, and reporting tools accurate, while collaborating across concurrent projects and engineering disciplines.

This position requires organization, comfort with multiple software platforms, and willingness to learn Engineer-to-Order (ETO) design operations for Electrical Switchgear.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet or comparable PM tool.
• Ability to navigate ERP systems (e.g., IFS, PD Cloud) to extract data.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivots, and data organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules across active ETO design projects.
• Build, administer, and maintain Smartsheet workspaces and dashboards.
• Navigate ERP systems to retrieve project, order, and engineering data.
• Pull and consolidate data from Smartsheet and trackers to support reporting.
• Prepare status reports, KPI summaries, and cycle-time metrics for leadership.
