Job summary

Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to support daily operations of the Engineering Department, ensuring safe, comfortable and well‑maintained surroundings. Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in administrative support, facilities, logistics, or operations.
  • Experience in maintenance or construction environments is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Experience with work order systems (HotSOS or similar) and procurement tools (Oracle a plus).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem‑solving skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude.

  • Serve as a communication link between Engineering and other departments.
  • Assist with safety and compliance tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties that support the Engineering team.

Job Description

The Engineering Coordinator will support the daily operations of our Engineering Department and help ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained resort. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping teams work efficiently. What You Will Do as an Engineering Coordinator
