• Engineering sophomore+ pursuing an engineering degree; GPA 3.0 required.
• Engineering disciplines preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Packaging.
• Willing to relocate to reporting location for duration of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation to meet safety, quality and reliability metrics.
• Commissioning, Qualification and Verification of new equipment.
• Sustainability improvements (waste reduction, energy savings).
• Document new and modified standard operating procedures.
• Communicate results and teach best practices to operators.
• Problem analysis and problem solving for department opportunities.
• Participate in experimental orders for new initiatives.
• Present improvement findings to plant leadership.
