Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking an Engineering Co-op in Central Wisconsin for a hands-on, multi-disciplinary experience across Test, Manufacturing, Product, and Application Engineering. You will build prototypes, test designs, and document outcomes while supporting process improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, market-ready product development, and customer-focused problem solving. Ideal candidates are enrolled in relevant bachelor’s programs and show curiosity and hands-on

Qualifications

Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program.
On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less.
Interest in hands-on learning.
Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Experience working with basic hand tools.
Experience with 3D modeling software (a plus).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

Build prototypes, conduct tests, and document results in the testing lab.
Support daily production by creating/updating SOPs and troubleshooting machines.
Contribute to layout design and process development for efficiency, quality and safety.
Help guide products from concept to market launch, coordinating across teams.
