Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering).
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less.
• Interest in hands-on learning.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Experience working with basic hand tools.
• Experience with 3D modeling software (a plus) to expand your technical toolkit and design capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Test Engineering: build prototypes, conduct tests, and document results in the lab.
• Manufacturing Engineering: support production, SOPs, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Product Engineering: guide products from concept to market launch with cross-functional collaboration.
• Application Engineering: conduct market research and assist with product selection software design and testing.
