Job summary

Greenheck Group in Central Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Co-op to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The role offers opportunities to work with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity through data analysis and process improvement.

During the 8-month term, you will engage in activities spanning GPS/Continuous Improvement, materials, scheduling, or quality processes while developing your career within an international HVAC

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a related bachelor’s degree program.
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills favored for success.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity through data analysis and problem solving.
• Assist in process improvement, GPS/Continuous Improvement projects, and scheduling or quality initiatives as needed.
