Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a motivated Engineering student to join as an Engineering Co-op in Central Wisconsin, January to August or May to December. You’ll gain hands-on experience across test, manufacturing, product and application engineering in a dynamic, multi-branded HVAC environment.

You will work full-time (40 hours/week) and contribute to prototyping, SOP updates, product design, market research, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, marketing,

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program.
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less.
• Interest in hands-on learning and fast-paced environment.
• Experience with basic hand tools and curiosity to learn.

Responsibilities

• Test Engineering: build prototypes, conduct tests, document results in the lab.
• Manufacturing Engineering: support daily production, update SOPs, troubleshoot machines, drive improvements.
• Product Engineering: guide products from concept to market launch with cross-functional collaboration.
• Application Engineering: assist with market research, customer needs, and product strategy.
