Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Cleveland, OH is offering a 15-week Engineering Co-op starting May 2027. The co-op will report to the Global Headquarters and assist the site Engineering Managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects.

Responsibilities include equipment analysis, installations, drawings, and process investigations, with a final presentation to leadership at rotation end. Must be an engineering student with sophomore standing or higher and eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university during the Co-op program.
• Must be pursuing an Engineering Degree with sophomore standing or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering Manager with equipment analysis.
• Support new installations and facility revisions.
• Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout.
• Investigate new plant engineering processes and techniques.
• Lead special projects identified by the Engineering Team.
• Present a final rotation summary to site, program, and division leadership.
