Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an Engineering Co-op participant for a 15-week program starting in May 2027. The co-op will assist the site Engineering Managers with daily tasks and special projects, contributing to department goals and initiatives.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience in equipment analysis, new installations, and process investigations, with a final presentation to leadership at the end of the rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing an Engineering Degree with sophomore standing or higher.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site Engineering Manager with equipment analysis and new installations.
• Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout.
• Investigate new plant engineering processes and techniques.
• Support special projects identified by the Engineering Team.
• Present final rotation summary to site, program, and division leadership.
