The Sherwin-Williams Company in Richmond, Kentucky is offering a 15-week Engineering Co-op Program that supports site Engineering Managers with daily tasks and special projects, contributing to department goals.

Co-ops will gain hands-on experience in equipment analysis, new installations, facility revisions, drawings and specifications, process investigations, and leadership presentations to site, program, and division leadership at the end of the rotation.

Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a college or university.
  • Must be pursuing an Engineering Degree with sophomore standing or higher.
  • Preferred: at least one year of experience using Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist site Engineering Managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
  • Contribute to equipment analysis, new installations, and facility revisions.
  • Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout.
  • Investigate new plant engineering processes and techniques.
  • Present final rotation presentation to site, program, and division leadership.
