Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company invites applications for its Engineering Co-op Program, a 15-week opportunity hosted by the Engineering Department in Lebanon, PA. Co-ops will assist site Engineering Managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects to support department goals.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university during the Co-op.
• Pursuing an Engineering Degree with sophomore standing or higher.
• Willing to relocate for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineering Manager with equipment analysis and layout planning.
• Support new installations and facility revisions.
• Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout.
• Investigate new plant engineering processes and techniques.
• Participate in special projects identified by the Engineering Team.
• Present final rotation summary to site, program, and division leadership.
