Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking qualified Engineering students for its 15-week Engineering Co-op Program at the Chicago, Illinois site. Co-ops will assist Engineering Managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects, contributing to department goals and initiatives.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in equipment analysis, installations, drawings and specifications, and process improvement, culminating in a final presentation to site and division leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in college/university during co-op.
• Pursuing Engineering Degree with sophomore standing or higher.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist site Engineering Managers with day-to-day tasks.
• Support equipment analysis and installations.
• Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout.
• Investigate new plant engineering processes and techniques.
• Present final rotation summary to site, program, and division leadership.
