Job summary

Stuart Rush in Damascus, VA seeks a responsible ECN Coordinator to administer engineering change notices from approval to production release. You will maintain PFEP, ensure item master integrity, and sustain material presentation accuracy across the plant.

Responsibilities include updating BOMs, tracking ECN backlogs, coordinating material availability for trials, and ensuring timely completion of ISO-compliant tasks across departments.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Business, Engineering Technology, or related curriculum.
• Three or more years’ experience in manufacturing or project management.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create and update item master data for new and obsolete part numbers.
• Create and update standard BOM in the inventory control system based on ECN docs and drawings.
• Ensure material is available to support ECN launches and purchased/made parts.
• Track material usage for phased-out parts and ensure replacements.
• Maintain PFEP for purchased codes and subassemblies, kanban, and scheduling cards.
