Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Engineering Change Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute ECNs and new product introductions in a high-volume compressor manufacturing environment. You will bridge Corporate Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, Operations and Materials to ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption.

You will lead pilot builds, manage timelines, and drive readiness activities across plant resources, tools, and documentation, ensuring smooth transitions to production

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field is required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing, product or manufacturing engineering, project management, or NPI roles.
• Experience supporting engineering changes and product launches in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Compressor, HVACR or similar discrete manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ECN/NPI processes and project management methodologies.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specs, and BOMs.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and approval of ECNs and product design changes.
• Serve as primary plant contact for Corporate Engineering on changes and launches.
• Review changes for manufacturability, impact, tooling, and feasibility.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, schedules and updates.
• Lead pilot builds and readiness activities with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure documentation and PCNs are understood before pilot execution.
