Job summary

Wintegrity is seeking an Engineering Change Manager to drive complex programs within the Product Development and Engineering team in Sterling Heights, MI. You will manage engineering change orders and coordinate with manufacturing, sales, and development teams to ensure timely transitions.

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, manufacturing launch exposure, and strong communication skills to lead cross-functional initiatives and schedules across hardware and software domains.

Qualifications

• Experience driving complex, technically related programs.
• Manufacturing launch experience with detail in part numbers and transition planning.
• Proven track record managing hardware and software production schedules.
• Experience with Atlassian, Smartsheets and JIRA.
• Electronics manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering change order submissions.
• Identify and mitigate risks with Manufacturing for validation builds.
• Plan transitions at the OEM with Technical Sales.
• Communicate requirements and drive closure with teams.
• Report ECO status to stakeholders.
