The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, manufacturing launch exposure, and strong communication skills to lead cross-functional initiatives and schedules across hardware and software domains.

Summary/Objective:

As part of the Product Development and Engineering team, the Engineering Change Manager will drive complex, technically related programs, and partner with a talented engineering team in crafting creative solutions. This position is an integral part of the engineering development teams and is responsible for driving the design changes through execution with a broad range of oversight tracking, and program management responsibility.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Development teams, Product Managers, and the Program Management Organization to establish and facilitate engineering change order submissions.
• Identify and manage risks with Manufacturing for validation builds.
• Facilitate the plan for transition at the OEM customer with Technical Sales.
• Communicate requirements to internal and external partners and drive them to closure. Provide proactive, clear input to the project teams on schedules, issues, and deliverables such as a core member of the Launch Readiness Team.
• Effectively and consistently communicate overall Engineering Change Order status.
