Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2+ years in automotive manufacturing or product development.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Experience developing dashboards and executive-level reports and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product change activities from initiation through implementation.
• Attend product change meetings and sessions to assess proposed changes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, logistics, finance, and program teams to gather impact data.
• Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings to collect data and align stakeholders.
• Evaluate manufacturing, cost, quality, and operational impacts of changes.
• Track approvals, funding requirements, and change status using established processes.
• Provide change impact analyses and executive updates.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and production readiness.
