Job summary

Lippert is seeking an Engineering Change Manager to drive complex engineering change programs within the Product Development and Engineering team. You will lead change order submissions, coordinate with PMs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality design changes from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of technical project management experience.
• Manufacturing launch experience with attention to detail in part number and transition planning.
• Proven track record of managing complex hardware and software production schedules.
• Experience in risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Work with development teams, Project Managers, and the Program Management Organization to establish and facilitate engineering change order submissions.
• Identify and manage risks with manufacturing for validation builds.
• Facilitate the plan for transition at the OEM customer with Technical Sales.
• Communicate requirements to internal and external partners and drive them to closure.
• Provide proactive input to project teams on schedules, issues, and deliverables.
• Effectively communicate overall Engineering Change Order status.
