Job summary
Nestlé USA seeks a Capital Engineering Manager to lead capital governance, portfolio performance, and project execution across factories. You will partner with Factory Engineering, Category Engineering, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Hub resources to ensure investments align with Master Plans and corporate standards.
Leadership of manufacturing engineering teams, governance, and compliance will be key.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
- PMP certification preferred.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading capital projects and capital portfolios.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Corporate Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Own capital portfolio visibility and governance for assigned factories and categories.
- Develop and prioritize annual, 3-year and long-range capital plans.
- Align investments with Master Plans, MBS priorities and growth strategies.
- Monitor capital envelope performance and identify risks and gaps.
- Provide recommendations on project prioritization and capital allocation.
- Maintain CAPEX policies, stage-gate governance and EFCA compliance.
- Support concept development, feasibility studies and design reviews.
- Manage supplier and contractor alignment with engineering standards.
