Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Capital Engineering Manager to lead capital governance and CAPEX strategies across assigned factories. You will integrate Factory Engineering, Category Engineering, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Hub resources to ensure capital investments align with Master Plans and engineering standards.

Expect leadership for Factory Engineering teams, governance discipline, and a focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and relevant professional certification or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering leadership experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own capital portfolio visibility and governance for assigned factories and categories.
• Support development and prioritization of annual, 3-year, and long-range capital plans.
• Drive alignment of capital investments with Master Plans, MBS priorities, and category growth strategies.
• Monitor capital envelope performance and identify risks, constraints, and resource gaps.
• Provide recommendations on project prioritization and capital allocation to maximize business value.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with engineering standards and financial controls.
