Job summary

Texas A&M Engineering is seeking a Business Coordinator at all experience levels (I, II, III) to support Financial Payroll services. The role involves acting as a liaison with departmental payroll and human resources to manage monthly and bi-weekly payroll, hires and terminations, and work authorization certification.

Candidates with experience in FAMIS, CANOPY, TWAPMTS, Workday, AggieBuy and Concur are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and two years of related experience required (I).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and three years of related experience required (II).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and four years of related experience required (III).

Responsibilities

• Provide Financial Payroll support to customers by serving as the liaison with departmental payroll and human resources.
• Oversee monthly and bi-weekly payroll, hiring and termination of employees, and work authorization certification.
• Coordinate routine personnel activities and maintain personnel files; approve leave requests.
