Molex is expanding its in-house Engineering team in Michigan. We seek an Engineering Assistant to help accelerate product development for connectors and terminals, supporting SMEs on technology projects and testing activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will use Python to automate data processing for FEA, work with SEM and profilometry for problem solving, and help prepare EV test samples and presentations for reviews.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent science field.
• Experience with Python and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Use python coding to automate preprocessing and post processing steps in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tool.
• Assist with sample preparation for engineering validation testing.
• Complete EV testing for terminal connector products.
• Prepare presentation material for internal and customer reviews.
• Support SMEs with internal & customer 8D resolution activities.
• Contribute to Molex Total Quality Management, QS9000 and ISO14000 systems.
