Job summary

Lockheed Martin in King of Prussia, PA seeks a technically skilled professional to support engineers across a range of tasks. You will gather and format data, create engineering docs, and perform calculations to support design changes.

This role requires strong communication and data analysis abilities in a collaborative environment. The position demands an associate degree in a STEM field or equivalent certification, solid Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to obtain a security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks.
  • Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data such as lab results and design changes.
  • Produces engineering documentation, reports, drawings, and schematics.
  • Performs detailed mathematical calculations and preliminary analyses per guidelines.
  • Uses PC to analyze data and develop documentation/reports.
  • May conduct tests and record data to support engineering evaluation.

Standard Job Description

Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. Produces engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). Performs detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas; preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided in such areas as trajectory adequacy, model dimensional consistency; and quantitative judgments concerning technical data. Uses personal computer in performance of analyses and development of documentation/reports. May conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis.

Basic Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in a STEM Related field or technical certification or related work experience. Coursework completed towards a degree may be considered.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. US citizenship is required.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $54200.00 - $100600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
