Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Lackawanna County is seeking an Engineering Aide to provide floor-level support to automated equipment and assist with engineering tasks. You will gather, modify programs, calibrate machines, and develop maintenance plans to sustain production.

The role requires an Associate's degree in engineering or 2 years of experience in CCA manufacturing, with 2+ years in SMT/PTH/conformal coating. A data-driven mindset is preferred to drive improvements.

Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. Produces engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). Performs detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas; preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided in such areas as trajectory adequacy, model dimensional consistency; and quantitative judgments concerning technical data. Uses personal computer in performance of analyses and development of documentation/reports. May conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis.

Basic Qualifications

Associate's degree in Engineering discipline or 2 years of experience in CCA manufacturing processes.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $43300.00 - $80500.00
