Job summary

Fidelity Manufacturing in McGregor, Texas is seeking an Engineering Administrative Assistant to support our Engineering team and establish the systems, processes, and documentation that drive operational success.

As an early Texas-based member of the team, you will coordinate projects, manage technical documentation, and help connect Engineering, Production, Sales, and Operations to build a strong administrative foundation for our growing facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in administrative support is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Engineering, Production, Sales, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintain records and update project information and schedules.
• Enter Bills of Material into company MRP software systems; maintain engineering docs.
• Coordinate project information between Engineering and other departments.
• Support process development and documentation consistency across the organization.
• Assist with departmental initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
