Job summary

Fidelity Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Inspector in McGregor, Texas, to help establish and maintain quality standards for our new Texas plant. You will perform visual and dimensional inspections, verify engineering drawings and specifications, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality leadership to resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate shows strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of quality inspection, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections at various stages of production.
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Document inspection results accurately and completely.
• Identify and report quality concerns, defects and nonconformances promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain records.
