Job summary

Fidelity Manufacturing is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in McGregor, Texas to support the movement, tracking, storage, and shipment of materials, customer-supplied equipment, and finished products across our operation.

This role collaborates with drivers, production teams, and inventory personnel, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery while adhering to safety and quality standards. At least one year in shipping/receiving is preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum 1 year of shipping and receiving experience.
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, movement, documentation, and shipment of materials and finished products.
Direct drivers to check-in and unloading areas.
Operate forklifts and assist unloading.
Verify received materials against shipping documents and purchase requirements.
Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
Label incoming materials and stage in designated locations.
