Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on fabrication, machining, and assembly experience.
• Experience with medium to large scale complex equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience interfacing with customers and key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and ERP systems.
• Background in vacuum technology or field installation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strong background in welding and fabrication processes.
• Experience in CAD with SolidWorks.
• Strong background in reading and interpreting shop drawings.
• Define manufacturing plan/sequence early in the project life cycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve design functionality and manufacturability.
• Identify and implement new or upgraded equipment.
• Support Operations and Materials Management by working with vendors to solve problems.
