Job summary

Dynavac, based in Rockland, MA, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its engineering team. The role emphasizes welding, fabrication, CAD/CAM, and Epicor ERP integration within a structured cost/schedule system.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years hands-on fabrication, machining, and assembly experience.
Experience with medium to large scale complex equipment.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience interfacing with customers and key stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and ERP systems.
Background in vacuum technology or field installation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Strong background in welding and fabrication processes.
Experience in CAD with SolidWorks.
Strong background in reading and interpreting shop drawings.
Define manufacturing plan/sequence early in the project life cycle.
Identify opportunities to improve design functionality and manufacturability.
Identify and implement new or upgraded equipment.
Support Operations and Materials Management by working with vendors to solve problems.
