Job summary

TVH Americas is seeking an Engineering Administrative Assistant to support the engineering team in Olathe, KS. You will manage databases, generate routine reports, and handle document control to keep engineering projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year work experience performing substantially similar administrative functions.
• Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Database and JIRA.
• Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Update Engineering database with drawing status, comments and completions.
• Produce regularly scheduled reports (weekly, monthly).
• Create, file and track electronic documents; convert hard copies to digital format.
