Qualifications

• One year of work experience performing administrative functions similar to this role.
• Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Database, and JIRA.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Update Engineering database: drawing status, comments, completions.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports.
• Create, file, and track electronic documents; convert hard copies to digital.
• Maintain part numbers for Engineers; support clerical activities for Engineering.
• Utilize Laser Scanner for 3D data collection and organize data; issue tracking reports.
• Support Engineering with LINK capabilities such as Purchase Orders, load Bill of Materials, and Customer Orders.
