Job summary

TVH Americas is seeking a Non-Conforming Technician in Olathe, Kansas responsible for processing and managing non-conformances in quality assurance. This role includes evaluating product quality, handling returns, and documenting discrepancies effectively.

The ideal candidate must have mechanical knowledge, excellent computer skills, and proficiency in A+, Access, Word, Excel, and CRM systems. Additionally, physical demands include lifting and handling weights of up to 50 pounds with a focus on detail and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess some mechanical knowledge.
• English language required.
• Excellent computer skills, including A+, Access, Word, Excel, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Process daily nonconformance from Kansas warehouse.
• Evaluate product quality claims from customers.
• Process daily defective returns from Kansas warehouse.
• Follow up on non-conformances with the Materials group.
• Disposition non-conformances from all distribution centers.
• Follow up on rejected defective returns through CRM.

Skills

Mechanical knowledge of fork truck or automobile workings

Excellent computer skills

A+, Access, Word, Excel and CRM skills

General understanding of part fit and function
