Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in direct management of estimating managers.
• 5+ years overseeing multiple states and estimating/pre-bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops training for Pre-Bid and Estimating teams for treatment plant projects.
• Meets regional leadership to implement improvements and best practices.
• Determine market opportunities for new products and align with brands.
• Develops market strategies and sales goals for vendor partners.
• Provide direction for new product line viability and timely introductions.
• Assist in pricing strategy development for new product lines.
• Provide project management support as needed.
