Job summary

Wagner is seeking a Sales Manager for Engineered Systems to lead growth in the Southwest territory. This role requires building strong customer relationships, coordinating with engineering and proposals, and delivering compelling value propositions.

Travel up to 60% is required, and the position reports to the Systems Sales National Team Manager. A home-office setup is supported as part of a field-based role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of production or application processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Proposals and Engineering to offer optimal solutions.
• Align system benefits with customer needs to define monetized value.
• Generate price recommendations based on competitive position and Wagner offering.
• Coordinate with team members to win target projects.
• Manage travel to cover the Southwest territory.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers; sell top-down and bottom-up.
• Prioritize sales funnel activities for systems projects in the region.
• Other duties as assigned.
