Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Project Manager for engineered-to-order chiller and thermal solutions in Maple Grove, MN. You will lead complex projects from receipt to delivery, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

You will act as the main customer contact, manage change requests, risks, and communications with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time, within-budget performance with strict adherence to specifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience within manufacturing or engineered systems.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineered-to-order chiller and thermal projects from order receipt to delivery.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, risks, and documentation.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics.
• Monitor progress, manage budget, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
