Job summary

Mas HVAC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Heat Rejection Solutions in Maple Grove, MN. You will define and execute product strategy across chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, and related heat rejection systems, partnering with engineering, sales, and operations to drive portfolio growth.

As the primary owner, you will lead roadmap development, work with stakeholders to translate customer needs into requirements, and guide development from concept through launch, ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in hardware/manufacturing environments.
• Experience owning complex engineered products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, portfolio management, and lifecycle execution.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and applications teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for heat rejection solutions portfolio.
• Lead market analysis focused on data center and mission-critical heat rejection requirements.
• Translate customer and end-user needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Guide new product development from concept through launch with performance targets and costs.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize development and manage tradeoffs across standard and configurable products.
• Support sales with product positioning and technical value propositions.
• Monitor product performance, margins, and lifecycle actions.
