Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking an Engineer III to deliver proactive end-user support in Reston, VA and Plano, TX on a hybrid-onsite schedule. You’ll manage devices and apps using Workspace ONE and Intune, with strong emphasis on documenting incidents and resolutions.

Collaborate with engineering, security and compliance teams to address incidents, monitor performance, and enforce endpoint policy. Excellent writing and familiarity with ServiceNow are valued assets for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune for end-user device management.
• Proficient in macOS support and troubleshooting.
• Provide end-user support for mobile devices across iOS and Android.
• Strong documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Familiarity with change management concepts and tools is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills, withexperience in documenting incidents and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for mobile devices (iOS, Android) including smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications.
• Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement.
• Document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident management when applicable.

• Experience supporting, using technology Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune


• Medium level of knowledge and experience with Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting


• Provide end-user support for mobile devices (iOS, Android) including smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications


• Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring


• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data


• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement


• Strong troubleshooting methodology skills


• Must be able to document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately


• Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations preferred


• Excellent documentation, writing skills


• Experience with ServiceNow desired
