Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician III to serve as a technical escalation and subject-matter expert within US and LATAM IT support teams.

The role focuses on resolving complex incidents, leading system upgrades, and mentoring junior staff while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to maintain robust enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years of supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, mobile devices, networking and business applications.
• Proven experience with Intune and Jamf.
• Demonstrated leadership as escalation point and mentor.
• Familiarity with ITIL and regulated industries (healthcare, medical device, pharma) preferred.
