Job summary

IPolarity is seeking an End point Engineer III to join our team in a hybrid capacity with 3 days onsite in Reston/Plano, TX. The role requires about 10 years of experience and involves supporting Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune, MacOS troubleshooting, and mobile device management.

Qualifications

10 years experience in endpoint engineering or related field.
Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days onsite in Reston/Plano, TX.
Experience supporting Omnissa Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities

Monitor system performance and logging/monitoring.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data.
Work with security/compliance teams to enforce endpoint protection and policies.
Document incidents and resolutions clearly and thoroughly.
Apply change management concepts and tools where applicable.
Assist with incident response and root cause analysis.
