Job summary

Conch Technologies Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Support Engineer to join the team in Reston or Plano (onsite/hybrid). The 6-month contract-to-hire role focuses on endpoint management, user support across mobile and desktop devices, and collaboration with engineering and security teams.

The candidate will work with Omnissa Workspace ONE, Intune, and MacOS environments to maintain performance, compliance, and incident resolution. Hybrid setup and strong documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience using Omnissa Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune.
• Moderate MacOS support and troubleshooting knowledge.
• End-user support for iOS and Android devices.
• Ability to monitor performance, compliance and logs.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve incidents using log data.
• Coordinate with security/compliance for endpoint protection and policy enforcement.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and accurate documentation.
• Familiarity with change management concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide endpoint support and incident handling for end users onsite or hybrid.
• Collaborate with engineering to investigate incidents using log data.
• Ensure device policies and security controls are enforced.
• Document incidents and resolutions clearly and completely.
• Assist with change management activities and tooling as needed.
