Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is seeking a Repair Maintenance/Engineer I II to ensure the reliability, safety, and excellence of hotel facilities while supporting seamless guest and employee experiences.

The role focuses on maintaining, inspecting, and repairing building systems and equipment, leading complex repairs, and executing preventive maintenance programs to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical knowledge and leadership experience to support hotel operations at the highest level.
• Strong expertise in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, life-safety systems).
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering issues.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and compliance requirements.
• A safety-first mindset aligned with regulatory and brand standards.
