Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking an Engineer 3 to support ongoing maintenance and the smooth operation of the property while upholding high safety, quality, and guest-experience standards.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with 6 months to 2 years of related experience and the ability to read, speak, and write English. This is a full-time, on-site role offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Ability to read, speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance of equipment and update logs.
• Repair equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers, and related systems.
• Respond to guest requests regarding room or public-area maintenance promptly.
• Address emergency conditions such as fires or power failures.
• Keep Engineering stations clean and organized.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking an Engineer 3 to support the ongoing maintenance and smooth operation of the property while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining building systems, responding to guest and operational needs, and supporting the overall functionality of the hotel. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and takes pride in delivering prompt, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
• Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
• Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
• Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.

What You Bring

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Experience required by position is 6 months to two years of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations
• Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance
• Ability to read, speak and write English
• Successful candidates must posses legal work authorization in the United States
