Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and residences in our luxury hotel. You will prepare rooms for arrival and daytime service, restock amenities, and ensure meticulous cleaning of bedrooms, living spaces, dining areas, and bathrooms.

The role requires a flexible schedule, weekend and holiday availability, and a strong commitment to service. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States, with physical ability to lift up

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms for arrival and daytime service.
• Replace linens and restock items in guest rooms.
• Clean, dust and sanitize all areas of the guest room and bathroom.
• Remove room service items and maintain minibar areas.
• Report maintenance issues to Engineering via the designated systems.
• Add special touches to guestrooms to enhance guest experience.

About the location

About The Role

The Room Attendant is a vital member of the housekeeping team, who collectively is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of all guest rooms and residences throughout the hotel and is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service.

What You Will Do

• Prepare the guest room for arrival and daytime service.
• Remove dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Clean, dust and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Makes bed. Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.
• Remove Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Replace used cups, saucers, spoons and glasses from the Minibar with clean china, glasses and cutlery from the Room Attendant pantry.
• Remove garbage from bins in bedroom and bathroom. Submits all maintenance issues in guestrooms, Public Areas and Back of house areas to the Engineering department through designated work systems and brings them to the attention of the Housekeeping management.
• Add special touches to the guestrooms to enhance the guest experience. For example; micro fiber cloth, book marks, cable ties, etc.
• Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens, coffee, tea, sugar,etc.
