Job summary

Four Seasons Puerto Rico is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the daily operations of our housekeeping department. In this role, you will help ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the property.

You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to lead the team, maintain quality standards, and create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations in collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager.
• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping team members to maintain high performance.
• Conduct inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution to ensure efficient operations.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with procurement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training of housekeeping staff.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

About The Role

What You Will Do
