Irvine Company is seeking a Building Engineer II to support hotel operations through HVAC maintenance, electrical and plumbing repairs, and involvement in special projects. This role reports to the Director of Engineering and requires proactive problem solving and strong teamwork.
Responsibilities include electrical maintenance across the building, lamp maintenance, wiring for renovations, and ensuring prompt responses to guest maintenance requests.

The Engineering Department is responsible for maintaining the well-being of the hotel. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the primary purpose of the Building Engineer II is to assist with upholding the integrity of hotel operations through HVAC maintenance, repairing facilities, and participating in special projects.

Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
