Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform complex and routine repairs across a large resident community. You will conduct inspections, respond to service requests, and help maintain safety and quality standards as part of a collaborative team.
Minimum 4+ years of facility maintenance, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid CA driver’s license are required.

Subject matter expert that is certified with a high level of skills to perform complex and routine maintenance tasks. Conduct inspections, respond to resident service requests and help maintain the property and safety standards as well as support special projects and follow safety procedures while working as part of a team. This role is available at buildings with 1000+ units.
Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
