Job summary

Kids for the Future in Dallas is seeking an entry level Engineer to contribute to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydronics, and low-voltage design across healthcare, commercial, and data center projects. You will work on REVIT-based design production and help coordinate disciplines to deliver integrated systems.

• Design electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems for a fully operational facility.
• REVIT-based design production.

• Must have ABET-accredited degree in architectural, electrical, mechanical, or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

Our Dallas office is looking to add a talented and ambitious Entry Level Engineer eager to make a real impact to our continued success. In this exciting role, you’ll play a key role in all phases of mechanical, plumbing, hydronics, and low-voltage system design. You will be a part of creating a diverse range of projects, including healthcare, commercial, and data centers. Specific areas of responsibility include the following:

Responsibilities

• Designing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems for a fully operational facility
• REVIT based design production
• Assisting in the coordination of project designs with other disciplines
• Attending construction site observation and construction administration meetings
• Maintaining positive client relationships
• Production of project specific plumbing, hydronics, and fire protection specifications
• Must have recently received or currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in architectural, electrical, mechanical, or similar discipline from an ABET-accredited college or university
