- Assist in configuring and maintaining ERP functionality for assigned modules (e.g., HR, Finance, Procurement).
- Support end users and analysts by troubleshooting issues and responding to help desk tickets.
- Participate in test script creation and execution for enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixes.
- Document system changes, workflows, and user instructions to support system transparency and continuity.
- Provide backup support during payroll runs, year-end close, and other high-impact cycles.
- Contribute to data cleanup, validation, and migration activities during the Oracle Fusion transition.
- Collaborate with integration, reporting, and security teams to ensure end-to-end service.
- Work within established change control and incident management processes.
- Recommend enhancements or automation to improve business process efficiency.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business systems, information technology, or related field required.
Work Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with enterprise systems, preferably in an ERP environment.
