Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on diesel truck mechanic experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Proficient with computer diagnostics and shop software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise activities of all personnel in the shop.
• Provide appropriate supervision and recruit/train personnel.
• Ensure duties are performed in a timely manner and maintain shop safety.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties; assist with complex tasks as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean shop environment and comply with DOT and OSHA guidelines.
