Job summary

Ultipro in Midland, TX seeks an Engine Sales Coordinator to streamline engine sales orders and related inventory processes. You will coordinate orders, supplier invoices, and reporting to support operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engine sales orders and inventory orders.
• Manage upfront and post-sale credits in Caterpillar systems where applicable.
• Process approved sales orders and revisions.
• Maintain CAT requirements for Tier 4 pairings post audit and replacement engine orders.
• Issue POs for CAT non-factory orders and shop work orders.
• Process engine-related vendor invoices for payment.
• Review CAT Factory order acknowledgements and update systems.
• Monitor and adjust sales backlog for reporting and financial visibility.
• Monitor orders in WCAT/Caterpillar systems and import orders report.
• Process delivery orders and inventory control transactions.
• Manage and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
• Complete closing summaries/deal sheets including cost estimates.
• Review monthly gross profit after invoicing to create a management report.
• Manage CAT inventory report and internal late delivery summary.
• Track discrepancies in CAT and Warren systems.
• Attend safety, production, and team meetings as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
