Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians for engine prep.
• Coordinate daily work assignments to meet production schedules.
• Provide status updates during production meetings.
• Enforce safety policies and oversee material handling operations.
• Inspect engines for correct configuration and readiness.
• Support troubleshooting of quality and process issues.
• Maintain logs, serial numbers, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production leaders.
